The partner has relationship with the workplace, because the partner represent one of the factor or element found on environment work itself.To make employees can work hotly and enthusiastic, hence required by the workplace supporting. The pleasant workplace will be able to create and generating and also improve the spirit of and also ardour in working. Emotion have an effect on big quality and amount of human being in working. Emotion which are positive can quicken the worker in doing activity and reach result of better activity, on the contrary negative emotion can slow down the worker in doing production process or even discontinue is at all. Therefore, in reaching result of good activity shall be started by creating positive emotion at the worker. To create the positive emotion at the worker can be conducted variously, among others is by creating pleasant activity environment and with the gladness creation in working.
